What I Am

I am a coach. Not a therapist. Not a healer. Not a guru. The proof is in the work.

I am trained at ICF Level 2 and EMCC Practitioner Level. That means I have frameworks. But frameworks don't change lives. Courage does. And I teach courage.

I am a Senior Certified Professional Coach. That means I have been evaluated on my ability to hold space, ask the question no one wants to hear, and stay standing while someone falls apart in front of me.

I am not all warm & fluffy. That stuff doesn't get you results. I will not ask you - "what that made feel" or tell you "you are enough" until you are ready to believe it and do something about it.

I will tell you: You are not enough yet. But you could be. And here is exactly how.

What I Am Not

I am not a psychologist or have a clinical degree for it. If you need a diagnosis, medication, or trauma processing over years, I will refer you out. I do that regularly. It is not an insult. It is ethics and it is good for you.

Do note that if you want to negotiate, you are not my client. The people who work with me, know that they are worthy of each and every penny they invest in themselves and on their tranformation. If you are not there yet, I understand. 

I am for the woman who is done begging. Done hoping. Done explaining her pain to people who don't deserve her story.

Who This Is For

You need me if:

• You have been "healing" for years and nothing has changed

• You know your pattern and you still can't break it

• You are exhausted by your own excuses

• You are ready to stop understanding and start doing

You do not need me if:

• You want a therapist

• You want to be rescued

• You want a discount

• You need to see psychology degree before you trust anyone
